If you wish to book on a course, you can book with our online booking form (Ticket Tailor) payments taken via Paypal or Stripe.  Cash will only be excepted at (in person events) Bank transfer are accepted for payment outside of our course/workshop booking platform. To book on our courses/workshops you will have to read and agree to our terms and conditions prior to the booking been accepted.

Choose course you would like to book, please ensure the location, course dates, session time and course duration meets your needs before booking, please request a booking form via email or phone.

Choose method of payment​
If you wish to make payment by bank transfer please provide this information on the booking form and details will be forwarded to you via email. If you cancel you do not have an automatic right to cancel the course and receive a refund, except under the terms and conditions of the cooling off period and at discretion of Future Intentions Yorkshire outside of this period.

Distance Selling Regulations​
Under the Distance Selling Regulations if you make a booking over the phone or online you have the right to cancel within 14 working days of receiving confirmation of your booking. If course starts within the 14 days cooling off period your right to cancel applies up to the day the course starts

Cooling Off Period/Change your Mind
If you wish to cancel a course you have booked online or over the phone, you have an unconditional right to cancel, this cooling off period is 14 working days after receiving confirmation of your booking. This does not apply if the course starts prior to the end of the cooling off period. If you change your mind about booking on a specific course, but would like to use the credit to book onto an alternative course, please request via email or phone. If this is possible, confirmation will be forwarded with the new course booking details.

If you wish to request a refund, please use the form REFUND FORM. If you wish to request a refund outside of these terms and conditions, at the discretion of Future Intentions Yorkshire. Apply in writing to Future Intentions Yorkshire, 11 St Michael Street, Malton. Yo17 7LJ.

Fee Payment Plan​

Here at Future Intentions Yorkshire we wish for everyone to have access to our services. If payment of course/workshops fees upfront would be difficult, please contact lizhempshall@futureintentions.co.uk to request details of our course/workshop payment plan.

40% of full course fees
£16 initial payment (must be made at time of booking course)
2nd payment £7.00
3rd payment £7.00

Full payment of course fees must be made at least 7 working days before course commences and confirmation will be sent of all payments made to ensure Future Intentions Yorkshire can continue to offer this payment service.

Offers
At times Future Intentions Yorkshire will promote customer offers e.g. recommend a friend or family or early bird offers for booking within a specified time. Only one offer can be accepted at any one time when booking onto a course or workshop.

Recommend a friend or family
If you recommend a friend or family to Future Intentions Yorkshire, you will receive a 20% off the booking of your next course or workshop (redeem within 12 months). This offer is only accepted when they have booked and made full payment of course or workshop fees and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
