We offer a range of tailored support for women across areas of Ryedale and York, from employment support to business enterprise support and beyond, including a welcome space for all women at our NEW local social group in Malton, an opportunity for women to relax with a cuppa and connect with other like-minded women. A relaxed, friendly women only space running at the lovely Kingfisher Cafe, offering a range of hot and cold drinks and delicious home-made savoury & sweet delights.
EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT
We offer a range of employment support, support with looking for work including CV, application writing and mock interviews.
SUPPORTED VOLUNTEERING
We offer a range of supported volunteering roles from admin to social media assistant, we also support women to access external volunteer roles.
SOCIAL GROUP
We offer women a social group locally in Malton, an opportunity to connect with other women on your doorstep, a space for 2 hours of ‘me’ time.
BUSINESS ENTERPRISE SUPPORT
We offer a range of support for women looking to set up their own business including 1:1 support, business workshops and peer support.
MEMBERSHIPS
We offer a business membership to our business clients, we will be extending this offer in the new year and beyond 2026 to all women.

We offer a range of local workshops both in Malton/Norton & York, our workshops support women’s personal and professional development.
