Here at Future Intentions Yorkshire we specialise in supporting women to find a starting point to their return to work journey after months or years, whether returning to work with employers or aspiring to set up your own business, we pride ourselves on moving the needle forward for those women stuck in a rut, confidence on the floor or too anxious to take the smallest of steps forward.
We pride ourselves on our inclusive practice for both women, our volunteers and directors, we demonstrate our commitment with our Disability Confident Committed status, a government initiative to support organisations to improve their inclusive practice across the whole organisation.
BUSINESS ENTERPRISE SUPPORT
We help women to explore the idea of taking a leap of faith in setting up their own business, we can guide you from a seed of an idea to up and running your own business, lots of small businesses start from the kitchen table or spare room, whatever stage of entrepreneurship your at, we can offer you guidance and advice in moving your seed of an idea forward.
Business Enterprise Support
We offer a tailored support package to help women realise their potential in setting up their own business, from business workshops to 1:1 business support. Our NEW Business Accountability Networking Group in Malton offers amazing to peer to peer support for all stages of business.
Peer to Peer Support
We offer opportunities for women to meet locally in Malton, our NEW social group runs bi-weekly Tuesdays 9.30am-11.30am, a safe non judgmental space for women to relax, enjoy a cuppa and chat. No need to book just drop in at The Kingfisher Cafe, Saville Street, Malton. Dates on our Facebook page.
Employment Support
We offer tailored information, advice and guidance (IAG) and employment coaching/mentoring, we specialise in supporting long-term unemployed and economically inactive women, identifying your current skills and career direction, we offer CV and mock interview workshops to exploring pathways.
