Our mission is to drive understanding and awareness of the challenges women face in making a successful and sustainable return to the workplace and help women returners move closer to work-readiness, have improved health and wellbeing and social connectedness.
We are committed to investing in paths to opportunity through training, employment support and volunteering, self development and social connectedness, whilst enabling and empowering a lasting difference to women’s lives.
Leap forward into 2021, we are now Future Intentions Yorkshire, a community interest company.
Liz Hempshall is the founder of Future Intentions which she started in 2016. Since this time, she has had the privilege of meeting over 100 women in the community, at local coffee shops, libraries or on one of our courses, business network meetings or job fairs.
Liz feels that every woman has their own unique story to tell and our team encourage all women we meet to embrace and celebrate their uniqueness and authenticity, we genuinely feel privileged to be part of your journey.
