We promote good practice in collaboration with other community businesses and organisations and began back in 2016 via our referral system in working with women struggling to return to work after years on break. We are planning our services to include an offer of a range of courses & workshops available to women volunteering in the voluntary sector and extended into improving on the confidence and skills in leadership and management of volunteer managers.
