Future Intentions Yorkshire is a successful women’s project, a distinct service in the women’s support services space.
Our History
Our journey started back in 2016 with one women’s dream to help other women live their best authentic and fulfilling life, set up with a little over £1,000 from the government, Enterprise Allowance Scheme founded a sole trader business ‘Future Intentions’ since taking another leap of faith in 2021, founding ‘Future Intentions Yorkshire’ along with two other inspiring women entrepreneurs to be led by a all women’s director board. We are a small voluntary sector organisation with a social mission successfully led by women for women and supported by a small team of dedicated and very talented volunteers.
We do not define ourselves as just a 'women's group'. "WE are a women's movement encompassing so many inspiring and courageous women who have made decisions with INTENT, not something that comes without its challenges, these women are living life as 'warriors' amongst us" Liz, Founder, social entrepreneur and community champion.
