My role at Future Intentions Yorkshire is to be responsible for the planning, organisation and direction of the organisational operations and programmes, leading a team of volunteers and directors in our work with women returners.
As part of my role I lead, coordinate and support the team with the development and delivery of our core services across our employability & self-development courses & workshops, employability initiatives, community engagement activities and programmes, whilst leading efforts to develop and maintain relationships with key partners and funders.
In my spare time I enjoy going for long walks at the coast, going on adventures and exploring new places. I have interests in black and white photography and psychology.

Fatma joined our team back in 2021 and has been an asset to the organisation and the team ever since, with English as a second language Fatma has been very adaptable to her new environment and enjoys the challenge of working for a small organisation, supporting our work with women across Yorkshire. We are very grateful for the invaluable contribution Fatma makes to us.
